  • 2020 Physical Ability Test (weather make-up dates): March 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
  • 2020 Physical Ability Test (Second Try/ Last Chance): March 14 & 15 (additional $20 fee)

Fall 2019 Orientation/Testing PAT Schedule:

On PAT days, West Metro staff will be at the Training Center (3535 S Kipling St Lakewood, CO 80235) starting at 7am to walk individuals through the course and explain how it goes. IMPORTANT! In order to test, you must have our PAT waiver signed by your primary care physician, you must sign our liability waiver , pay $20 with cash or check and present a photo ID before you test.
